Comrade,
At
the outset the Circle Union is conveying warm greetings to all of you for a
very successful Extended Circle Executive Committee meeting at Malda on 31-03-2007 & 01-04-2007 and also for your endeavour to organise post Malda CEC campaign meetings on the current and relevant
issues including the campaign against the evil political design to stall the
pro-people industrialisation programme
of the popular State Govt.
You
are also well aware of the fact that continuous united struggle on various
issues is only the strength of our organisation which
has compelled the Govt. to issue order for refund of our CGEGIS money which is
under process for payment;
We
use to call upon our members to organise T.U. programmes as well as to collect donations for various organisational and social reasons and our members too
usually respond very firmly to our calls.
You may
also recall the
discussions held at Malda on the financial matters of
the Circle Union from which it is evident that a few Branches and District have not yet remitted their quota towards Fund
for Financial Assistance to Meritorious Students, Membership Verification Fund,
12 July Committee Organisational Fund, Flood Relief
Fund, RMS All India Conference Fund & Co-ordination Committee Golden
Jubilee Fund.
In
view of our organisational and financial
responsibilities District and Branch Secretaries are called upon to collect necessary amount from the members during the
CGEGIS payment to facilitate successful fulfillment of our organisational tasks and social responsibilities.
