Some modification may be made, regarding maximum  of the pay scales.

NE-12 pay scale agreed in the promotion policy has to be approved by DOT

E-1A will be incorporated as and when agreed for executives

B) Further discussion will take place on Transport Allowance and Skill Upgradation Allowance.

C) Special Compensatory Allowances with flat rates will be increased by 75%

D) Advances on par with Central Government Employees.

 Issues of pay scale upgradation of various cadres pending in the promotion committee and the proposals for merger of NE-9, NE-10 and NE-11 with E-1 as also upgradation of Group D based on VI CPC recommendations were raised by the Union.

Informal discussion on the draft of the agreement will be held on 23-12-2009
