Meeting at CTO Mumbai:- Coms. V.A.N. Namboodiri, General Secretary and Ganesh Mathpati, Asstt. General Secretary visited Mumbai on 10.02.2009 and addressed a massively attended meeting at CTO Mumbai. More than 500 Comrades, including a large number of ladies participated. Coms. Namboodiri and Mathpati were given a warm welcome and were honoured by garlanding etc. Com. Ubhe, District President presided and Com. Gadekar, District Secretary welcomed. In his speech Com. Namboodiri, thanked the workers to the big support they have given in the verification. General Secretary assured the workers that the union will do everything possible to ensure that the DTOs are not closed as decided by management. Coms. Suhash Kalgutkar & Surendra Mishra, ACS, Tanaji Bhor, District Secretary, Kalyan and other leaders were also present.
