Dear Sir,

It is stated for your kind information that BSNL Casual Mazdoor Union, West Bengal Circle has decided to organize one day Strike on 12^th February’2010 on their legitimate demands.

The BSNLEU, West Bengal Circle has taken a decision in the 4^th Circle Conference at Asansol to extend active support to Casual/Contract workers one day strike.

The demands of BSNLCMU, West Bengal Circle is narrated below for your kind information.

1. Demand for wages to the Casual/Contract workers at par with the revised minimum basic pay of BSNL Gr.-D employees .

2. Regularisation of 2270 listed Casual labourers.

3. Grant TSMs to all Casual labourers.

4. Ensure Social security to the Casual/Contract Workers.

5. Ensure EPF/ESI to the Casual/Contract workers.
