NOTICE

It is hereby notified that the 4th Extended Circle Executive Committee meeting of our Union after Burdwan Circle Conference will be held at “Ranaghat “ on 5^th and 6^th September’2009. The meeting will commence at 1100 sharp on 5^th September’2009. Accordingly you are requested to reach at Ranaghat on 5^th September’2009 Morning to enable us to commence the meeting in time.

All Circle Office-bearers , District Secretaries & Branch Secretaries are requested to reach at Ranaghat in time. The Sub-Committee members of Working Women and Cultural are hereby requested to attend the CWC as invitees.

Agenda items:

1. (a) Placing of Draft Report of the activities of the Union during the last 6 months after

Q.A. Salt Lake Circle Executive Committee meeting.

(b) Placing of Accounts upto June’2009.

2. Review of activities during last six months.

(a) Organisational position at all level.

(b) Present situation and our immediate task.

(d) Reporting of Central Working Committee meeting held at Mysore.

(e) Functioning of Sub committees including Working Women Group & Cultural team.

(f) Developmental Scenario in West Bengal Telecom Circle—Financial position – role

of Union.

3. Burning issues at Circle level -- Our Movement & Views thereof.

(i) Attack on BSNL & Policies of Central Govt.- and our future course of organizational

programme.

(ii) Problems of regular and non-regular staff in WBT, ETP, ETR & Q.A. Circles.

4. Our role in CPSTU and BSNL Co-ordination Committee at all level.

5. Other items, if any, with the permission of the Chair.
