Sub: Payment of staff claims upto 31-03-2005 within 14th April’2005.

Dear Sir,

Please recall our discussion held on 24-03-2005 on the subject stated above. We discussed this issue with you in presence of GM(Finace). Most of the staff are not getting their claims i.e. OTA, Incentive, Honorarium, Medical etc. in different SSAs in time. We suggested that necessary instruction may kindly be circulated to all SSA Heads so that staff may get their arrear claims upto

31-03-2005 within 14-03-2005 ( Bengali New Years Day ). But we are sorry to note that no such circular has been issued to all SSA Heads till date.

At this backdrop, you are requested kindly to take necessary action that Circular on arrear payment of OTA, Honorarium, Medical etc. is issued and sent to all SSA Heads and staff may get their arrears claim before 14th April’05 ( Bengali New Years Day ).
