Kindly recall our discussion with you on 02-03-2005 on the subject stated above. You might have received a copy of memorandum sent to you by the demonstrating B.S.N.L. employees to day at Siliguri. The theft is not an ordinary one and it is a heavy loss to the B.S.N.L. properties.
