Kindly refer to our earlier letter dated 26-02-2005 wherein the staff problems and our resentment have elaborately stated. But it is sorry to say that till date you do not pay any attention to the problems.

The Circle Office bearer meeting of BSNLEU, W.B. Circle was held on 15^th March’2005 and it was decided in that meeting to hold a mass Sit-in-Demonstration before you on 24-03-2005 to settle our demands.

Hope, you will realize the gravity of the situation and use your good offices to settle the demands, otherwise we have no other alternative to launch the Trade Union action as stated above. It is needless to mention here that our union always tries to keep harmonious and peaceful relation with the administration and also tries to maintain a good work culture for satisfaction of our valued subscribers particularly in the present scenario of the Competitive market in Telecom.
