Demands
(1) Grant of PLI to BSNL employees, irrespective of the
company making loss.
(2) Implement modifications to NEPP, as per memorandum dated
28.06.2011,
already submitted by the Staff Side.
(3) Immediate introduction of NE-12 pay scale w.e.f. 01.01.2007.
(4) Expedite finalization off new designations to
Non-Executives.
(5) TTA exam – Conduct pre--qualifying exam to the non 10+2
candidates.
(6) Telecom Mechanic exam – Allow Regular Mazdoors without any qualification.
(7) Senior getting less pay than junior – Settle the anomaly
as per Hon’ble CAT,
Ernakulam, Judgement.
(8) Regularize left-out Casual Labourers.
(9) Payment of wages to Casual Mazdoors
and TSMs on the basis of IDA scales
and Implementation of EPF, ESI.
(10) Treat TSMs regularized after
01.10.2000, as DoT recruittees
for NEPP.
(11) Immediately conduct JTO LICE, TTA LICE, Telecom
Mechanic LDCE and
JAO Exam.
(12) Include representatives of SC/ST, in the HPCs for Compassionate Ground
Appointments.
(13) Review the guidelines of BSNL dated 27.06.2007, in
respect off
Compassionate
Ground Appointments.
(14) Implement Child Care Leave for women employees in BSNL.
(15) Provision off GSM mobile hand sets to all Non-Executives.
