DECISIONS OF ORGANISATIONAL PROGRAMME TAKEN IN THE EXTENDED CIRCLE WORKING COMMITTEE MEETING HELD ON 5TH & 6TH SEPTEMBER’2009 AT D.L.ROY INSTITUTE, RANAGHAT.

 

The following decisions have been taken in the extended Circle Working Committee meeting which was held on 5th & 6th September’2009 at Ranaghat.

 

1.     09-09-2009 :- Branch/District level lunch hour agitational programme against the indifferent attitude of the Circle/ Local Authorities, demanding Bonus and against the miscreants of the few Political  parties of West Bengal in BSNL offices/ Exchanges ( e.g. Coochbehar, Berhampore, Kolkata, Raiganj etc. ).

2.     10-09-2009 :- Agitational programme at CGMT Office at 3 P.M. and submission of Memorandum.

3.     11/12-09-2009 :- Trade Union Class at K.G.Bose Smiriti Bhawan.

4.     13th  September to 31st October’2009.:-Due Branch / District Conferences .

5.     15th October to 15th November’2009:- Zone wise Women Convention .

6.     20th to 26th October’2009:- Week long propaganda programme to make the 72 hours Dharna programme a grand success.

7.     **27th to 29th October’2009:-72 hours Dharna programme at CGMT Office.

8.     15th & 16th November’2009:-BSNLCMU Circle Conference at Malda.

9.     Cultural Sub-Committee :- Meeting / activities through out the month of December’2009 for the preparation of 4th Circle Conference at Asansol which will be held from 8th to 11th January’2010.

10.                        Programme of CHQ, Co-ordination Committee of BSNL Unions’ , CGCC, 12 July Committee should be organized when the programme will be finalized and it will be duly intimated.

**Schedule of dates may be changed with the Consultation of BSNLCMU Circle Union.

·        Trade Union Class :-  Trade Union classes will be organized Zone wise. At first it will be held at Kolkata on 11th & 12th September’2009 at K.G.Bose Smriti Bhawan      ( Near Liberty Cinema ) from 1330 hours to 2000 hrs, and on the 2nd day i.e. 12th September’2009, the class will be held at 1200 hrs. and it will end at 1600 hrs. District Secretaries/ Presidents, Branch Secretaries / Presidents in and around Kolkata ( Nine District Unions ) and Circle Office bearers/ Circle Council members in Kolkata are requested to attend the classes.

 

·        Same type of Trade Union Classes will be organized at Durgapur and Siliguri. Rest of the District/Branch unions of South Bengal  and North Bengal will have to  attend the Classes. Date , Time & venue will be intimated later.
