District Conference of BSNLCMU, Kolkata Division :-

A District Conference of GM Kolkata Division was held on 12^th & 13^th November’2011 at Diamond Harbour Telephone Exchange. Around 180 delegates / members were present in the 2 days Conference. Com. Piyush Roy, G.S. C.G.C.C. inaugurated the Conference on 12^th at 1230 hrs. Com. Rabin Mitra, Swapan Chanda, Pankaj Saha were constituted as Presidium of the Conference. Com. Tapas Ghosh, Circle Secretary, BSNLCMU, Com. Pankaj Chatterjee, President, BSNLCMU, W.B. Circle, Com. Animesh Mitra, Circle Secretary, W.B.T. Circle, Com. Piyush Chakraborty, AIBDPA were attended in the Conference and deliberated speeches on the present situation and future task of Casual/Contract workers. Com. Gautam Das, District Secretary placed the reports and the Delegates discussed and passed the report of Activities. At last new District Office bearers were elected unanimously.
