Highly successful convention of Public Sector Trade Unions at Bangalore on 13-01-2012 to organize one day strike on 28^th Feb’2012.

The one day convention of the Public Sector Trade Unions held at Bangalore today, the 13-01-2012, was highly successful. The convention was called on by the Central Trade Union Organisations, to organize the one day strike on 28-02-2012. Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, represented BSNLEU in the convention. The convention was inaugurated by Dr. G. Sanjeeva Reddy, President, INTUC. Other leaders who  addressed the convention were, com. Baidyanath Rai, GS,BMS, com. Gurudas Dasgupta,GS,AITUC, com. Tapan Sen,GS,CITU, com.R.A.Mittal,GS,HMS,etc. Com.P.Abhimanyu,GS, participated in the discussion and spoke on the anti-BSNL policies of the UPA govt. and announced that BSNLEU will join the strike. The convention unanimously decided to join the one day strike on 28-02-2012.
