ATTENTION TO DISTRICT/BRANCH SECRETARIES:-

A meeting of available Circle Office bearers of BSNLEU, W.B. Circle was held on 12^th December’2011 at BSNLEU, Union Office , ETR Division, Telephone Bhawan at 1230 hrs. The meeting was presided by Com. Prabir Chatterjee. At the out set one minute silence was observed in memory of death of helpless patients & others in tragic fire at Amri Hospital , Kolkata. The meeting reviewed the programme of United Forum in the form of Hunger Strike and Stay-in-demonstration on 28^th & 29^th November and JAC programme of Rally on 8^th December’2011 at Kolkata. Circle Union congratulates all the organizers for making the mammoth rally a remarkable one . Some District Unions also organized the rally. After thorough discussion the following decisions were taken to make the one day strike on 15^th December’2011 a total success.

1. Gate meeting, squatting, rally should be organised on 14^th December’2011 unitedly under the banner of JAC at all exchanges and offices.

2. Massive gathering should be organized infront of offices and exchanges on 15^th December from morning.

3. Prepare volunteer list and give them specific responsibilities and always keep contact with the Circle Leadership.

4. Play the role of a disciplined soldier to make the strike successful.

Financial Matters:-

1. Immediate remit the due subscription upto Dec.2011, otherwise it will be difficult for the Circle union to fix up quota of delegates of different District Unions during Circle Conference at Bankura.

2. Pay the CHQ Building Fund to Circle Union and try to get Advertisement for CHQ Building.

3. As per earlier decision collect Rs.20/ per member and remit it to Circle Union immediately for earth quake victimizers.
