            Sub: Shifting of your office.

 

Dear Sir,

            For the last few months either GM(Operation) or GM(Finance) initiates talk on the subject with the undersigned or with the District Union at your office. Some time in the recent past there was a joint meeting of both the Unions in the chamber of GM(Operation) wherein GM(Finance) was also present. As per the decision of that meeting we visited both C.T.O. & T.C.O.

 

            From the very beginning we tried to impress upon both the officer under reference that we need a planed decision of the Circle Administration in writing in the matter so that we can form an opinion and co-operate with the Circle Administration.

 

            Kindly note that Circle Administration has already started implementation of the scheme of shifting part of the Circle Office in an unplanned manner. Recently we have come to know that Inspection quarters situated at C.T.O. are likely to be shifted to the training centre disturbing the sitting arrangement of our staff working there.

 

            At this backdrop we would request you to provide us  your full scheme in the matter to enable us to form our opinion in the matter. Nothing should be finalised keeping us in the dark. Last week we were told by DGM(Administration) that the scheme has been finalised and would be handed over to us. We are sorry to note that the Administration has started taking action without waiting for our opinion in the matter which is not at all desirable.

 

            Hope, you will do the needful in the matter under an intimation to the undersigned.
