Kharagpur :- Branch Conference was held on 5^th November’2011 at Telephone Exchange, Kharagpur. Around 150 members of BSNLEU were present in the Conference. Com. Susanto Ghosh, Circle Secretary, AIBDPA inaugurated the Conference. The leaders of other sister organizations like 12 July Committee, CGCC, Casual Mazdoor Union deliberated their speeches in the present scenario. Com. Pranab Mitra, District Secretary appealed to the members of biggest branch union of Kharagpur District Union to build up and strengthen the organization to fight against the future day’s danger.

G.B. Meeting at CGMT Office on 9^th November’2011.

A largely attended General Body meeting was held on 9^th November’2011 at the Recreation Club of CGMT Office at 1330 hrs. Com. Ajit Nandan, president of the District Union presided over the meeting. Com. Samir Kr. Nandy, District Secretary of CGMT(Office) deliberated his speech on the present globalised scenario. Com. Biplab Das, Asstt. Circle Secretary, narrated in his speech on the basic demands of staff issues, decisions of the Circle Union regarding strike action, Union views against VRS, NTP-2011 , role of Management and Govt. and appealed to the members to strengthen the organization for the united movement.
