DISTRICT CONFERENCE OF BSNLCMU-KRISHNAGAR.

4^th District Conference of BSNL Casual Mazdoor Union, Krishnagar ( Nadia) District was held on 4^th December’2011 at Ranaghat Telephone Exchange. Com. Sushit Chaki, Veteran Leader and President of the District Union hoisted the Union flag. Com. Sushit chaki, President, BSNLCMU, Krishnagar District , Com. Paramal Sarkar, President, BSNLEU, W.B. Circle, Com. Prabir Banerjee, District Secretary, BSNLEU, Krishnagar District, Com. Nemai Das, District Secretary, BSNLCMU, Krishnagar District and other leaders garlanded the Martyres column. Com. Sushit Chaki, President of the District Union inaugurated the Conference. Com. Parimal Sarkar, Com. Tapas Ghosh, Circle Secretary, BSNLCMU, W.B. Circle, Com. Prabir Banerjee narrated the present situation and our urgent task for one day strike on 15^th Dec.2011, Problems of Casual / Conract labourers and their struggle as well as the struggle for existence of BSNL and its workers. Com. Nemai Das placed the report and the delegates participated in the discussion. Com. Sushit Chaki, Com. Nemai Das and Com. Manik Das elected unanimously as President, District Secretary and Treasurer respectively. Around 150 delegates were present in the Conference.
