1. Para 2.10 and Para2.18(iii) :- “The Board therefore felt that the Company has to take drastic steps like rationlisation of manpower through VRS, roll back of superannuation age to 58 years, below Board level, freezing / reducing allowances, outsourcing to reduce the manpower so that its costs are commensurate to the present trends in the telecom industry in order to survive in the market and to make operational profitable “
