Adra : Branch Conference of Adra under Purulia District union was held on 6^th November’2011 at Adra Telephone exchange. Com. Arun Chatterjee Presided over the meeting. Com. Shyamapada Gord , Circle Organizing Secretary , Com. S.D. Burman , District President and Com. Abodh Kishore Roy, Branch Secretary, Adra were present in the Conference and deliberated their speeches. A large no. of members were present in the Conference. Demands of Coming Strike , VRS, Branch Organisation was discussed in the Conference and members participated in the discussion also. At last a new Branch Office bearers were elected unanimously.

Civil Wing:- A General Body meeting was held at Taher Mansion on 3^rd November’2011. Com. Subir Sanyal, Vice President of Circle Union attended the meeting. He deliberated his speech on the current issues and informed to the members of the decisions of Circle Union. He also appealed to the members to join the rally conducted by BSNL Co-ordination Committee on 8^th November’2011. Com. Sukanta Saha & Com. Ananta Mishra also deliberated their speeches before the Civil & Electrical Wing members. More than 50 Organizers /Activists were present in the G.B. Meeting. Com. Malay Mazumdar presided over the meeting.
